Munich, Germany, November 18, 2010 – The Munich Higher Regional Court stated today that the Gemino 30 made by Handicare is not an unfair imitation of the Troja made by Topro. The Gemino can therefore continue to be sold in Germany – and of course outside Germany – without restrictions.

Based on the statement of the court, Topro AS withdrew its petition for a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) filed in July 2010 and designed to enjoin Handicare from offering the Gemino 30 in Germany.
