Handicare Announces Acquisition of Mid-AtlantiCare


Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania, USA- June 26, 2013

Handicare USA, Inc., of Allentown, PA, a leading North American supplier of patient handling systems and related healthcare equipment, has announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to purchase Mid-AtlantiCare South LLC., of Riva, MD.

The transaction is expected to strengthen Handicare’ s customer satisfaction, sales and service in NJ, PA, DE, MD, DC, VA and the Carolinas.
