The health and well-being of Handicare’s customers, partners, suppliers and employees is our top priority.

As a valued customer, I want to reassure you that we have tightened our health and hygiene protocols for all our employees and taken steps to keep our factories up and running so that we can maintain business as usual in these unprecedented circumstances.

Across our global network of partners, we’re all supplying many vulnerable people who are completely dependent on Handicare’s products to make their everyday life easier. We take our responsibility seriously for supporting them and our customers.

The situation around the world is changing rapidly. We have a robust global supply chain and business continuity plans which we’re reviewing regularly. Currently we have no major challenges. We do not have any confirmed cases of Coronavirus within our workforce, we are advising our staff to follow the recommendations being provided by local / regional governments and/or health authorities directives to ensure our staff, clients and customers remain safe.

Our people around the world are 100% committed to providing you all with the quality service and products you have come to expect from Handicare.

Steps we’re taking include:

  • Rigorous hygiene (extra hand soap and cleaning of hard surfaces)
  • Contactless greetings
  • No air travel – unless business critical meetings
  • No factory visits unless approved by Site Managers
  • No larger conference or external meetings – activities planned to be executed digitally if possible
