Floor support for arm support

In order to provide adequate support and security, Handicare’s hinged and fixed arm supports must be securely fixed to a wall. When there are concerns over the strength of the wall, Hinged arm support can be used in combination with Floor support for arm support to distribute the load more evenly over both floor and wall.

Handicare’s Floor support for arm support is supplied as a complete kit consisting of a support leg, a distance arm and a plastic clamp. The floor support features smooth height adjustment, and can be used with Hinged arm supports at a height of 700 mm to 850 mm from the floor to the top of the arm support.

Floor support for arm support is very easy to install, both for new and existing installations of Hinged arm support.

Handicare’s Floor support for arm support is available in several materials and colours; coated steel (white/anthracite) and coated stainless steel (only availabe in the colour white) and polished stainless steel with a white plastic (glass fibre reinforced nylon) clamp.
